Paul Henry

Paul Henry, MBA, is an experienced aerospace industry professional, currently leading a team of managers in the Spaceflight Systems Division, focusing on training and integration of flight controllers. Paul has successfully implemented various process improvements, including a 50% reduction in readiness time for software testing at Mission Control. Previously, Paul gained extensive experience in managing large-scale projects for NASA and developing innovative training programs, contributing significantly to operational efficiency and effectiveness in both the aerospace and medical device fields. Paul holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Physics from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Rice University, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Physics at the University of Memphis.
