Paul Kramer

Paul Kramer is a Project Director with 27 years of management and engineering experience in front-end loading (FEL) and engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects. They have directed and managed technology engineering development projects at KBR for 16 years, overseeing large scale FEED projects and driving construction, turnover, commissioning, and performance testing in various sectors including petrochemical and refining. Paul has also held roles at Honeywell Process Solutions, CMS Viron Energy Services, Bechtel Corporation, and CDI Engineering, showcasing a strong background in mechanical engineering and project management. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
