Peggy Connot is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in journalism and public relations. Starting her career at KLKN Television as a News Anchor/Reporter from 1998 to 2001, Peggy transitioned to various roles in communications, including a position at The Schwan Food Company where responsibilities included directing public relations strategy and corporate communications for a multi-billion dollar organization. Peggy's expertise encompasses corporate journalism, strategic communications, and marketing coordination, with notable roles at KELO-TV, Diamond Mowers, VistaComm, and currently as Director of Communications & Outreach at KBR, Inc., where efforts focus on promoting the value of scientific research from satellite imagery. Peggy holds a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
