Peter Zweber is a highly experienced professional in the field of experimental particle physics, holding a Ph.D. from Northwestern University. Zweber began a career as a Graduate Research Assistant at Northwestern University from 1999 to 2006, contributing to the CLEO experiment. A tenure as a Research Associate at the University of Minnesota followed from 2006 to 2010, also involving the CLEO and BESIII experiments. Subsequent roles included Staff Scientist at Arete Associates from 2010 to 2013, where Zweber developed a Kalman-filter navigation solution for GPS-denied environments and conducted analyses on submerged sensor data.
