Ray Veysi

Ray Veysi is a seasoned Senior Structural Engineer with extensive experience in the analysis and design of heavy industrial structures, particularly in the mining and alumina refinery industries. Veysi's career spans over two decades, beginning with an undergraduate degree in Structural Engineering from Sharif University of Technology and a Master’s degree from UNSW. Veysi has held prominent positions at various organizations, including Bechtel, GW Engineers, KBR, Inc., Aurecon, Downer Engineering, CPG Resources - QCC Pty Ltd, SMEC, and Glencore, focusing on design checks, feasibility studies, and material handling structure designs using local codes and advanced software. Veysi has also contributed to projects involving loading/unloading facilities and extensive structural calculations for multi-billion dollar expansions.
