Robert Ballagh possesses extensive experience in operations, project management, and strategic planning within both military and civilian sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Plans and Operations Analyst at KBR, Inc. since April 2022, Ballagh previously held senior roles at Breck Inc. and Ballagh Consulting Services. Notably, from May 2014 to October 2019, Ballagh contributed to the Office of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff as Deputy Division Chief for Strategic Plans and Policy, where responsibilities included leading teams to develop U.S. strategic initiatives. Earlier military experience includes leading a Security Force Assistance Team and serving as an Executive Officer in various capacities within the Department of the Army. Robert Ballagh holds an MBA from Webster University and a BA in Advertising from the University of West Florida, supplemented by completion of the United States Army Command and General Staff College.
