Robert Roy

Robert Roy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the United States Air Force, having served in various leadership roles including Operations Flight Commander, Executive Officer, and Chief of Combat Operations Division, overseeing complex space operations and multinational coordination. Roy has directed the Headquarters Air Force Space Requirements Division, managing a substantial portfolio of space programs valued at over $60 billion, and has played a key role in high-level advisory capacities to senior military leaders. Currently, Roy serves as a Principal System Engineer at KBR, Inc., providing mission-critical solutions in the missile defense and space domains. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Space Systems from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from Norwich University.
