Rustam Guliyev

Rustam Guliyev is a seasoned Supply Chain, Procurement, and Materials Management professional with over a decade of experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as the Materials Lead at KBR Middle East, Rustam specializes in end-to-end materials management and procurement strategies for large-scale projects. Previously, Rustam held various roles in organizations such as SOCAR-KBR LLC, BP, Petrofac, and Panalpina, where they effectively managed logistics and materials coordination. Rustam earned a Master's degree in Business Administration from Azerbaijan State University of Oil and Industry and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering Technology from Azerbaijan State Oil Academy.
