Shad Evans is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in senior leadership roles across major organizations in the technology and defense sectors. At KBR, Inc., from November 2020 to April 2025, Shad served as SVP of Global Finance Operations, CFO of Sustainable Technology Solutions, and Chief Accounting Officer. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Finance and Business Operations for Security Detection and Automation, and Vice President of Strategic Finance Corporate FP&A at Leidos from March 2013 to September 2018. Shad began the career at SAIC, where roles included Director of Economic Development and Director of Transaction Tax from May 2007 to March 2013. Academically, Shad holds an MBA in Finance from the University of San Diego and a BS in Accounting from San Diego State University.
