Shane Baker

Shane Baker is an accomplished professional in chemical engineering with extensive experience in process leadership and management. Currently serving as Study Manager and Senior Technical Process Leader at KBR, Inc. since May 2021, Shane has previously held various key roles at Wood, including Lead Process/Chemical Engineer from October 2014 to May 2021. Additionally, Shane served as a Senior Process Engineer at Wood Beca from 2006 to October 2014 and held the position of Commissioning Manager for the GoCELL Project at AMEC for a brief period in 2012-2013. Shane began a career in engineering as a Process Engineer at Visy Pulp and Paper from December 2000 to March 2005. Educationally, Shane holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Monash University and a Graduate Diploma in Pulp and Paper Science and Technology from the Australian Pulp and Paper Institute, both attained in 1999 and 2000, respectively.
