Sonia Galindo

General Counsel at KBR

Sonia Galindo is currently the General Counsel at KBR. Prior to their current position, they served as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary, and Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer at FLIR Systems from July 2019 to May 2021. In this role, they were responsible for leading the Legal, Global Trade Compliance, and Government Affairs departments. From January 2015 to July 2019, Sonia served as the General Counsel & Secretary at Rosetta Stone, where they led the global Legal, Human Resources, and Business Development departments. Prior to Rosetta Stone, Sonia was the Vice President, Associate General Counsel - Corporate and Corporate Secretary at Keurig Green Mountain, Inc. from January 2012 to December 2014. In this role, they were responsible for Corporate Secretary, Chief Compliance Officer, Governance, mergers, acquisitions and investments, executive compensation, government affairs and being a strategic partner to executives on strategic and tatctical legal initiatives. Sonia also has experience in litigation management, legal trainings, and legal department management. Before their time at Keurig Green Mountain, Inc., Sonia served as the Ethics & Employment Counsel at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation from January 2008 to December 2012.

Sonia Galindo began their educational career by earning a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Management, Finance from Hood College. Sonia then went on to earn their Juris Doctorate from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law.

Sonia Galindo reports to Stuart J. B. Bradie, President & CEO. They work with Ella Studer - SVP, Government Solutions U.S. – Readiness & Sustainment Solutions, Todd May - SVP, Government Solutions U.S. – Science & Space Solutions, and Pete Green - SVP, Government Solutions U.S. – Defense & Intel Solutions.
