Stephen Upton

Stephen Upton is a Business Analyst with extensive experience in business transformation and a strong educational background in business analysis and archaeology. Currently employed at KBR, Inc. as a Business Analyst, Stephen previously worked as an HR Process Analyst and participated in significant projects, including the Home Insurance Tender and Transition Project at Nationwide Building Society, where multiple complex business transformation programs were undertaken. Stephen's career includes roles at Frazer-Nash Consultancy and Nationwide Building Society, alongside foundational training at FDM Group, where completion of a comprehensive Business Analysis learning pathway occurred.
