Susan E. Shekmar

Susan E. Shekmar, PMP, CDFM, is an accomplished professional with thirty years of experience in acquisition, PPBE, and operations management support. Currently, as a Senior Advisor for Space Policy at KBR, Inc., Susan develops and executes process improvements for federal agencies. Previously, Susan served as the Deputy for Operations at OUSD(AT&L)/PARCA from 2012 to 2018 and as Director of the Decision Support Center at OASD(NII)/DASD C3 from 2002 to 2012. Susan holds a Master's degree in Political Science and National Security Studies from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's degree in French Language and Literature from American University.
