Taylor Overly

Taylor Overly has extensive experience in both retail and procurement sectors. At Target from October 2015 to July 2017, Taylor progressed from Logistics Team Trainer to General Merchandise Team Leader and finally to Logistics Team Lead, demonstrating strong leadership and operational management skills. Responsibilities included mentoring team members, overseeing general merchandise operations that generated over $50 million in annual revenue, and adapting to changing daily goals. More recently, at KBR, Inc. in 2022, Taylor served as a Procurement Intern and later as Subcontract Administrator, managing the complete procurement lifecycle for high-value subcontracts and negotiating various agreements to support government contracting. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Business from California University of Pennsylvania, obtained from 2011 to 2015.
