Thilanka Silva

Thilanka Silva is the Market Sector Director for Transport in South Australia and Western Australia at KBR, leading a team dedicated to advancing sustainable transport infrastructure. With over 20 years in the civil engineering industry, Thilanka has cultivated strong industry relationships and a successful track record in project delivery and business leadership. Previously, Thilanka spent nine years at Arup, where they progressed from leading the highways business to overseeing the broader Transport portfolio, contributing to significant transport programs and mentoring emerging leaders. Thilanka remains actively engaged in industry development through participation in the Roads Australia Fellows Alumni Chapter after their tenure on the Future Leaders Committee. Thilanka holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering from the Central Institute of Technology.
