Vicky Leonard

Vicky Leonard is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in internal and external communications across various industries. Currently serving as the International Marketing Lead for Energy and Senior Communications Manager at KBR, Inc. since April 2022, Vicky oversees communication strategies for the EMEA division, including internal channels, media strategy development, and product launch communications. Previous roles include Internal Communications Manager at CEMEX (2012 - 2021), where Vicky focused on employee engagement and content management, and UK Communications Manager for Cemex UK (2002 - 2006), responsible for establishing the UK communications function. Vicky's experience also includes a Senior Consultant position at Deloitte and a Property Division Communications Manager role at Sainsbury's. Vicky began a career in public affairs at Citigate Public Affairs and holds a BA and MA in Social Anthropology from the University of Cambridge.
