William Miller

William Miller is a seasoned Project Subcontracts Director with over thirty-seven years of dynamic, results-driven experience in procurement and contracts management. They served as a Procurement Manager at Eni from 2008 to 2014, followed by a role as Head of Unit, Contracts & Procurement at LUKOIL International Upstream West Inc. from 2014 to 2019. Prior to that, Miller was a Procurement Officer for the City of Wasilla from 2005 to 2008 and held the position of District Administration Manager at Shell/XTO from 1990 to 2005. Currently, they work as a Sr. Subcontracts Manager at KBR, Inc. since 2019.
