Winston Raby

Winston Raby is an Instrumentation Commissioning Superintendent with over 20 years of experience in commissioning, startup, and maintenance within LNG, refinery, petrochemical, and upstream operations. Raby has held various roles, including Instrumentation and Electrical Consultant at Element Integrity Group and Instrumentation Supervisor at S & B Engineers and Constructors. Currently serving as a Refinery Sr Commissioning Instrument and Control Systems Superintendent at KBR, Raby demonstrates strong leadership and organizational skills, dedicated to maintaining high safety and quality standards throughout all projects. Raby earned an Associate's Degree in Instrumentation Technology from Lamar Institute of Technology.
