Alan Clear

Alan Clear, CFA, is an experienced finance professional currently serving as an Associate in Project Finance & Infrastructure at KBRA since September 2023. Previously, Alan held several positions at AIB from September 2018 to September 2023, including Associate in the Commercial Real Estate team, Corporate Banking Analyst in the healthcare sector, and Investment Banking Analyst focusing on structured finance. Alan has a background in credit underwriting, legal due diligence, and customer relationship management, particularly with nursing home operators. Before AIB, Alan gained experience as a UKI Audit Intern at EY, where contributions to audits and a business challenge project were notable. Alan holds a Master's degree in Management from TBS Education and has been a CFA charterholder since May 2022.
