Anson Shum

Anson Shum is a CMBS Analyst at KBRA since October 2021, responsible for monitoring the credit performance of CMBS and CRE CLO transactions, including the assessment of commercial real estate loans and property performance. Prior experience includes serving as a Financial Analyst at Link Logistics Real Estate in 2020 and completing an internship at Morgan Properties in 2019. Anson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Temple University, earned between 2016 and 2020.
