John Hogan

John Hogan has extensive work experience in the legal and finance fields. Starting in 2002, they began their career as a Trainee Solicitor at Clifford Chance. John then moved on to ABN AMRO Bank N.V., where they served as a Legal Counsel and later as a Senior Legal Counsel in the Structured Credit division. In 2007, John joined Bank of Ireland as a Senior Legal Counsel in the Treasury department.

Following this, John joined RBS Global Banking & Markets in 2010 as a Senior Legal Counsel, specializing in structured debt. John then moved to Tesco Bank in 2012, where they served as a Senior Legal Counsel in the Treasury department.

In 2015, John joined Moody's Investors Service, where they held the positions of Assistant Vice President and later Vice President in the Structured Finance Group until 2019.

John'smost recent role was at KBRA, where they served as a Senior Managing Director in the Ratings Legal division, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Managing Director in the same department, starting in 2021. Before joining KBRA, John also worked at KBRA as a European Structured Finance Lawyer from 2019 to 2021.

John Hogan attended St Mary's College in Dublin until 1994. John then went on to pursue a LLB degree in Law at Trinity College Dublin, which they completed in 2001.
