Jonathan Licis is the Managing Director and Head of AI at KBRA, where they drive a company-wide vision for AI, integrating responsible AI principles into transformative initiatives. Their diverse professional background includes roles such as Vice President at JPMorgan Chase and Associate Director at Boston Consulting Group, contributing expertise in digital, agile, and AI-driven transformations. Jonathan began their career as a Software Developer and has held various management positions in notable companies including BMW and The Limited, Inc. They hold a Master of Science in Computer Science with a specialization in Machine Learning from the Georgia Institute of Technology and are currently pursuing an MBA at The Ohio State University.
