Marc McDevitt

Marc McDevitt currently serves as Senior Director of CMBS Surveillance at KBRA since January 2024. Prior to this role, McDevitt was Senior Managing Director and CMBS Operating Advisor at CRED iQ from June 2021 to July 2023. McDevitt also held the position of Senior Director of CMBS Subscription at Kroll Bond Rating Agency, LLC from January 2014 to June 2021 and worked as a Senior Analyst at BNY Mellon from August 2007 to December 2013. McDevitt earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Real Estate and Finance from Villanova University and a BSBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Pittsburgh.
