Michael Ellis

Michael Ellis currently serves as Associate Director for CMBS at Kroll Bond Rating Agency, Inc., where responsibilities include analyzing and reviewing CMBS transactions, valuing commercial real estate properties for loans exceeding $50 billion, conducting market research, and publishing credit research reports. Prior to this role, Michael worked as a Real Estate Analyst at Morgan Properties, focusing on capital budgeting, financial forecasting, and project management, while also launching an in-house insurance claims program. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Boulder.
