Patrick McQuinn is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) and credit management. Currently serving as Senior Director at KBRA since 2014, Patrick has led analysis on approximately 30 CMBS transactions totaling over $35 billion, focusing on various deal types and publishing Pre-Sale reports for investor insights. Prior to this role, Patrick worked as Manager of Credit Management at Arbor Commercial Mortgage from 2011 to 2014, handling a portfolio of distressed multifamily loans. Patrick also has a background in civil engineering, having worked as a Civil Engineering Associate at Hussey Gay Bell and served as a Fulbright Scholar. Patrick holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Clemson University and a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of South Carolina.
