Rebecca Ebert

Rebecca Ebert is a legal professional with extensive experience in regulatory affairs and governance. Currently serving as Deputy General Counsel at KBRA since March 2017, Rebecca has also held the position of Associate General Counsel. In addition, Rebecca is actively involved as a Board Member on both the Latin America Development Board and the Mother & Child Program Board at Covenant House International. Prior roles include Associate General Counsel at S&P Global Ratings, where Rebecca coordinated global regulatory outreach and advised senior management, and Managing Director & Associate General Counsel at Sandler O'Neill. Earlier experience includes positions at Sidley Austin LLP and the US Securities and Exchange Commission. Rebecca holds a JD from Suffolk University Law School and a BA in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
