Ryan Mensing

Ryan Mensing is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in regulatory affairs and government relations. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel - Regulatory Affairs at KBRA since March 2024, Ryan previously held the position of Executive Director, Global Head of Policy for Government & Regulatory Affairs at MSCI Inc. from August 2022 to March 2024. Ryan's career at Moody's Corporation spanned over a decade, where roles included Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel in Legal and Compliance, along with various positions focused on regulatory affairs and government relations. Ryan has also contributed to legal education as an Adjunct Instructor of Legal Writing at Brooklyn Law School and gained early experience in prestigious law firms and public interest initiatives. Ryan holds a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and a B.A. in Politics and Journalism from New York University.
