Samantha Walker

Samantha Walker is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) sector. Currently serving as a Senior CMBS Analyst at KBRA since January 2022, Samantha previously held the position of CMBS Analyst at the same firm. Prior to this, Samantha worked as a Real Estate Associate at goPuff from October 2019 to December 2021, and gained valuable experience at Rittenhouse Appraisals as a Real Estate Analyst and Real Estate Appraiser Intern from February to October 2019. Samantha holds a degree in Finance with a focus on Asset Pricing from the Fox School of Business at Temple University, completed in 2019, as well as an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Northampton Community College, earned in 2017.
