Tim Boyer is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and architecture. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at EmGenisys, Tim leads the architecture and implementation of an AI-based SaaS platform. Previously, at Charles Schwab, Tim held the roles of Director and Senior Director of Software Engineering, where they spearheaded major transformation initiatives within the Wealth and Asset Management division. Tim also held senior positions at various companies, including Alterra Mountain Company and Inspirato, where they contributed significantly to cloud adoption and system integration. Tim earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Computer Information Systems from Northern Arizona University.
