Marisa Mauer

Marisa Mauer is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in talent management and human resources. Currently serving as Senior Director of Talent Management at KBS - Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC, Marisa is responsible for developing and executing talent programs and has successfully led the organization through its inaugural performance management processes. Previous roles include Lead Talent Director at EmployBridge, where Marisa collaborated with executive leadership to address talent gaps, and Senior Director of Human Resources at BrandSafway, where strategic plans for change management were implemented. Marisa held multiple positions at HD Supply, ultimately leading HR operations and driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Additionally, Marisa has a background in recruiting and HR functions at Manpower, establishing partnerships with a significant workforce. Marisa holds a Bachelor of Science in General Psychology from Saint Mary's College of California.
