Monica Johnson

Monica Johnson is currently the Director of Order to Cash at KBS - Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC. Previously, Monica held various leadership roles, including Director of Accounts Receivable at Americold Logistics, where they managed a $74M portfolio and developed a collection team. Monica's early career included serving as Accounting Manager at New Castle County School Employees Federal Credit Union, where they significantly increased membership and reduced expenses. Monica earned an Executive MBA from Kennesaw State University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Information Systems from Goldey-Beacom College.
