Stephen Norton

Stephen Norton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management, creative direction, and sales. Currently serving as Regional Operations Manager at KBS - Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC since November 2019, Stephen manages a Command Center that supports large corporate clients and addresses client and employee escalations. As Co-Creator and Host of the On the Spectrum Podcast and Creative Director at Brookside Visions, Stephen oversees various creative operations including graphic art, video production, and social media marketing. Previously, as Country General Manager at BBA Reman, Stephen was responsible for operations and sales across the United States and Canada. Additional experience includes roles as Sales Manager at Bridgestone, where sales strategies were effectively developed, and comprehensive roles at T-Mobile spanning from Lead Sales Associate to Sales Manager, focusing on training, coaching, and sales excellence.
