Susana Lim, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in billing operations and quality assurance. Currently serving as the Director of Billing Operations & Quality Assurance at KBS - Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC, since September 2023, Susana has a proven track record of enhancing customer billing processes, overseeing system improvements, and ensuring accurate invoicing.
