Brian Chopp has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Brian started their career in 1997 as a Chemical Process Operator at Hydrite Chemical Co. From 1998 to 2006, they worked at Manhattan Associates as a Manager in iSeries Global Development.

In 2006, they joined GENCO, a FedEx Company, where they initially worked as a Parcel Data Analyst. During this time, they managed multiple customer accounts, provided auditing and analytics services, and analyzed parcel carrier contract proposals, resulting in significant cost savings for customers. Brian was later promoted to Manager, Parcel Operations, where they continued to oversee accounts and deliver reporting and analysis to customers.

In 2010, Brian joined FedEx Supply Chain as an IT Manager. Brian led a development team supporting the parcel audit and negotiation business unit. Brian was responsible for onboarding a new product offering and providing overall direction and architecture for internal software. Brian also managed IT initiatives and supported a customer base with a combined annual spend of over $700 million.

In 2016, Brian transitioned to the role of IT Business Analyst at FedEx Supply Chain. In this role, they supported IT initiatives for the FedEx Custom Critical transportation management and brokerage business units. Brian'sresponsibilities included collaborating with stakeholders to identify IT solutions that added value and prioritizing business needs.

Currently, Brian is working at KBX as a Product Owner, a position they have held since 2019.

Brian Chopp attended Michigan Technological University from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering. In April 2019, they also received a SAFe Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
