Marla Leeper

Marla Leeper currently serves as the Senior Director of Facilities and Fleet Maintenance at KCATA, a position held since October 2018, with previous roles including Director of Facilities and Facilities Manager. Prior to joining KCATA, Marla was an Integrated Facility Manager at CBRE from November 2015 to October 2018. Marla's career began in law enforcement, serving as a Police Officer and Telecommunicator at the Independence Police Department from November 1994 to June 2001, where responsibilities included community relations, emergency response, criminal investigations, and court testimony. Earlier experience includes dispatching for the Lees Summit Police Department and the Kansas City Missouri Police Department. Marla holds an Associate of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Metropolitan Community College-Blue River.
