Eliud Kimathi

Eliud Kimathi is a seasoned professional in the field of cybersecurity and risk management, currently serving as Senior Manager, Enterprise Security Architecture at KCB Bank Group since August 2022, focusing on securing enterprise information systems. Previously, Eliud held significant roles such as Senior Manager of Cyber Security Assurance at NCBA Group and Head of ICT Risk and Control at Co-operative Bank of Kenya, where responsibilities included leading ICT risk functions and overseeing security testing programs. With earlier experience as an Information Systems Security Analyst at Guaranty Trust Bank (Kenya) Limited and an Associate Advisor in Risk Consulting at KPMG Kenya, Eliud has developed a robust skill set in IT management reviews, vulnerability assessments, and information security. Eliud holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Jomo Kenyatta University and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Information Security and Digital Forensics at the University of East London.
