Patrick Njung'e

Patrick Njung'e is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and project implementation. Currently serving as an Agency Support Specialist at KCB Bank Group since November 2021, Patrick provides technical assistance for various banking applications while ensuring effective user training and issue resolution. Prior to this, Patrick held several roles at Co-operative Bank of Kenya from June 2013 to November 2021, including POS Management Supervisor and ICT Service Desk Analyst, showcasing expertise in team leadership and helpdesk support. Additionally, Patrick's career began at Chem-Labs Ltd as an IT Technical Support Officer.
