Samuel Mutunga

Samuel Mutunga holds a Master's degree in Data Analytics from KCA University and a Bachelor's degree in Statistics and Computer Science from the Technical University of Mombasa. Currently serving as a Retail Bank Officer at KCB Bank Group since November 2021, Samuel oversees operations management within the retail banking department and implements credit risk analysis strategies to enhance loan portfolio performance. Previously, as a Retail Banking Specialist, Samuel excelled in sales and customer service, significantly contributing to revenue growth. Earlier experience includes a role as a System Support Engineer at East Africa Portland Cement PLC, focusing on network infrastructure management and support systems for ICT operations.
