Allan Rakhmawan

Allan Rakhmawan has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry, primarily focusing on RAN integration and RNO roles. Allan started their career in 2005 as a Drive Tester at Lexcorp Indonesia, where they conducted initial tuning, analyzed key performance indicators, and optimized BTS in the Jabodetabek area for a project with XL. From 2006 to 2011, they worked at PT. Ericsson Indonesia as an Assistant RF Engineer and WRAN Integrator, where they analyzed network performance, monitored KPIs, and performed integration and rehoming tasks for new nodes and node Bs. In 2013, they joined Ericsson as an RNC & BSC Integrator and later as an RNC Engineer, responsible for supporting rehoming and troubleshooting activities, configuring network elements, and upgrading software. Allan then joined PT NEXWAVE in 2015 as an RNO, where they performed various RNO tasks. Allan Rakhmawan is currently employed at KCCTech as a RAN integration professional.

Allan Rakhmawan has a strong educational background in the field of telecommunications. Allan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication from the Institut sains & Tekhnologi Nasional, where they studied from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in the Electrical Engineering Department, specializing in Telecommunication, at the Faculty of Technical Industries (FTI) Institute Saints and Technology National. Allan completed this program from 1996 to 2004. In their earlier education, Allan attended the Senior High School of Electronics from STM Boenda Kandoeng from 1990 to 1993.
