Ronaldo Dahlan has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, specializing in RAN (Radio Access Network) engineering. Ronaldo began their career in 2010 at Ericsson Indonesia as a Node B WRAN Engineer, where they were responsible for the installation and commissioning of Node B/RBS 6000 Family and integration with RNC 3810 and RNC3820. In 2011, they joined Ericsson Papua New Guinea as a Node B Team Leader, overseeing the installation and commissioning of RBS 6102 and providing site surveys and advice to Digicel staff. At Ericsson Thailand in 2011, Dahlan served as a WRAN NodeB Integration Engineer for the DTAC Project, supervising and commissioning Node B/RBS 6201 and 6601 GSM and WCDMA, as well as integrating new RBS equipment with existing RNCs. In 2012, they worked as an Integration Engineer at Ericsson Japan, where they conducted FOA verification for the SBM Project and managed software upgrades for WCDMA and LTE. From 2013 to 2014, Dahlan served as an RNC Integration Engineer for Ericsson Indonesia, handling RNC and NodeB software upgrades and parameter activation. Ronaldo then joined Ericsson Kuwait in 2014 as a BSS RAN Back Office Engineer, where they performed NodeB and EnodeB software upgrades and conducted license audits. In 2015, they worked at Huawei Services Indonesia, focusing on BSS RAN Back Office responsibilities, such as SW upgrades and license audits for both NodeB and EnodeB. From 2016 to 2017, Dahlan held the position of Implementation Support Optimization at nexwave, before moving to Ericsson as a RAN Support Engineer. Ronaldo is currently employed at KCCTech as a Senior RAN Engineer.
Ronaldo Dahlan attended SMK Telkom Sandhy Putra Jakarta from 2000 to 2003. Ronaldo graduated with a degree in Telecommunication High School and specialized in the field of Switching.
