Tian Lestiana has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. They started their career in 2006 at PT. PAS Perkasa, where they worked as a RAN/TRAN Engineer and later as an Engineer, primarily involved in the installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Ericsson RBS systems. In 2010, Tian joined PT. Ericsson Field Services as a TRAN Engineer, where they focused on 3G/2G installation, testing, commissioning, OAM, and troubleshooting. They also worked with Ericsson Minilink TN and conducted site integrations and upgrades. From 2011 to 2012, Tian worked as a Senior Engineer at PT.ZTE. Then, they joined Ericsson Indonesia in 2012 as an ITC Supervisor and RBS Engineer. They worked on XL modernization projects, specializing in RBS 6000/6601 Feederless Sites. In 2016, Tian joined Ericsson Indonesia again as an Integration Engineer, responsible for integrating systems. Most recently, in 2020, they joined KCCTech as a Senior RAN Engineer. Overall, Tian has gained comprehensive experience and skills in RAN engineering, integration, installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting in the telecommunications industry.
Tian Lestiana completed their Bachelor of Computer degree in Informatika Management from AMIK Bina Sarana Informatika from 2002 to 2005.
