Aidan Mikula

Aidan Mikula has diverse work experience in the engineering field. Aidan started their career as a Design Engineering Intern at Graham Architectural Products in 2019, where they participated in the design and development of new products. In 2020, Aidan worked as a Mechanical Engineering Co-op at Honda of America Mfg., Inc., where they were involved in project management, problem analysis, and production support. Since 2019, Aidan has been working at KCF Technologies, Inc., starting as a Vibration Engineer/Analyst Intern and progressing to positions like Vibration Engineer/Analyst I and II. In these roles, they were responsible for delivering monitoring services, continuously monitoring factory equipment, analyzing vibration data, and communicating trends with clients. Aidan currently holds the position of Lead Vibration Engineer/Technical Analyst at KCF Technologies, Inc.

Aidan Mikula attended Penn State University from 2017 to 2021, studying Mechanical Engineering. In addition to their degree, Aidan obtained several certifications, including Leadership in Technical Contexts, Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP), Inclusive Leadership and Emotional Intelligence, Mindsets for Leading Innovation, Leading Innovative Organizations, CAT II Vibration Certification, and Certified Solidworks Associate (CSWA).
