Eric Lysczek

Eric Lysczek is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in system engineering and technology development. Currently serving as a Senior System Engineer at KCF Technologies, Inc. since February 2020, Eric specializes in designing and building mechatronic systems for hardware testing and calibration of products. Prior roles include Senior Test Engineer at BK Medical, where Eric developed test systems for medical ultrasound devices, and Chief Technology Officer at Mosaic Crystals Inc., overseeing Gallium Nitride thin film production research. Eric has also worked as an R&D Engineer at The Pennsylvania State University Applied Research Laboratory, focusing on automated test systems, and as a Graduate Research Assistant at Penn State University, where research involved electroless plating processes and material characterization. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from Penn State University.
