Heather Bauer

Heather Bauer has extensive experience in sales operations and financial analysis, currently serving as Sales Operations Manager at KCF Technologies, Inc. since June 2022. Prior to this role, Heather held the position of Order to Cash Financial Analyst at Siemens Energy for a brief period and spent over a decade at Dresser-Rand in various roles including Project Data Management Team Lead and Client Services Manager. Additional experience includes optimizing ERP processes at Siemens Energy and serving in multiple supply-related roles in the United States Marine Corps. Heather holds a Master of Business Administration in Project Management and a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Health and Safety, both from Columbia Southern University, alongside an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from DeVry University.
