Matt Pledger

Matt Pledger is an experienced facilitator focused on empowering trustees through training, advice, and guidance in governance and membership organizations, particularly in the charity and third sector. Currently serving as the Head of Governance and Compliance at KCLSU, they have held various roles including Governance Support at Citizens Advice Westminster and Governance Officer at multiple institutions. With a rich background in developing governance documentation and providing compliance training, Matt has contributed significantly to organizations such as the University of West London Students' Union and Birkbeck College Students' Union. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences at the University of Westminster.
