Justin Fraser

Justin Fraser has extensive work experience in the labor industry. From 2012 to 2015, they served as the Vice President of Operations at Deploy HR, Inc. Following this, they joined KCM Technical in 2015 and held the position of Vice President until May 2023. From May 2023 onwards, Justin became the President of KCM Technical, where they manage talent acquisition and operations teams, focusing on process improvement, budget allocation, diversity & inclusion strategy, and labor industry compliance.

Justin Fraser obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Relations from the University of Delaware in the years 2000-2003. Justin recently pursued a certification in Diversity and Inclusion for HR from Cornell University in the year 2021-2022. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Certified Raymond Handling Concepts Trainer from Raymond Handling Concepts Corporation.
