Jim Jarrett is the President of GBA, where they focus on empowering teams to grow, lead, and thrive through collaboration, innovation, and leadership development. Since joining GBA in 1994, they have played a vital role in transforming the firm into a diverse organization serving public and private markets. With extensive experience in leadership development, strategic growth, and culture building, Jim remains committed to nurturing the next generation of leaders. They also serve on the Board of Directors for both the Olathe Chamber of Commerce and the Kansas City Area Development Council. Jim earned a BS in Civil Engineering from Kansas State University and an MCE in Civil Engineering - Structural from the University of Kansas.
