Peter Smith

Peter Smith is a Senior Partner at L.E.K Consulting, where they combine extensive experience in senior general management and strategic consulting across various sectors, including industrials and aerospace. They have served on the Global Leadership Team and the Global Remuneration Committee for over two decades, advising clients on digital transformation, strategy, and M&A. Additionally, Peter was a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee at KCOM Group PLC from 2015 to 2019, contributing to its successful sale to Macquarie. Peter began their career at Schlumberger and holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BA in Metallurgy and Materials Science from Oxford University. They are set to reduce their time commitment at L.E.K. Consulting from January 2020 to engage in non-executive roles.
