Richard Brady

Richard Brady is a Customer Solutions Architect at KCOM, where they have been employed since 2006. They have also served as a Lifecycle Consultant and Technical Trainer. Additionally, Richard has provided technical support for various businesses, delivering 1st and 2nd line support for network connectivity issues. Previously, they trained IT apprentices at 3aaa Apprenticeships and worked as a 3rd Line Network Engineer at Wren Kitchens. Richard is currently an Associate Lecturer at The Open University, teaching Cisco Networking.
