Rob Rader

Rob Rader serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Ovation LLC, overseeing legal matters for the arts cable network backed by Hubbard Broadcasting. Rader is an elected Board of Trustees member for Santa Monica College, representing Santa Monica and Malibu and addressing issues in education and public transportation. In addition, Rader holds positions on the Boards of Directors for KCRW and Bridges Academy, focusing on independent media and neurodiverse education, respectively. Rader has a strong background in digital and entertainment law, having worked at prominent law firms and MGM, where responsibilities included overseeing film and television rights, digital media practices, and negotiating high-profile deals. Rader's educational credentials include a J.D. from Harvard Law School and advanced degrees from Stanford University and Harvard University.
